Shrimp Balls Soup

1 Small hard-boiled egg, finely minced
1 Small onion, finely minced
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon each Salt and pepper, or to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape into small balls using your hands. Drop into the simmering broth to cook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
